Arenal and Manuel Antonio: our Costa Rica Luxury Vacation Package Sample

In just 8 days you will come face to face with the white waters of a river, you will view the cone of a volcano from the hot springs of your hotel and then relax on the golden sands of a beach located within a natural reserve. This is a trip conceived for you to experience, in your own flesh, the reasons why Costa Rica has become a world famous destination.

Your trip will start off with a rafting tour down the rapids of the Toro River, where you will feel your pulse rise from the irregularities of the river bottom.

You will then arrive at La Fortuna, a town that rests at the foot of the imposing Arenal Volcano. You will bathe in the hot springs located in your luxury hotel, and put your spirit of adventure to test in the 2460-feet long zip lines suspended in the heart of the cloud forest.

Your trip ends on the coast, where you will discover our small but beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. Here, a nature guide will use his telescope to show you the different animal and insect species along the way.

  • The Real Intercontinental is a grand hotel located in the modern part of the city, some 3.5 miles from downtown San Jose, right across from the country’s biggest shopping center.
  • Experiencing the excitement of rafting in a real river requires physical effort, teaming up with other tourists, following the guide’s instructions, and being able to swim.
  • We consider the canopy tour in Arenal the best way to truly appreciate the area’s breathtaking scenery. However, we do not recommend this if you suffer from vertigo.
  • The Arenal area is known for the wide offer of daytime activities. Evenings are very quiet around here: do not expect to find an exciting nightlife.
  • The contrast between beaches and volcanoes; action and relaxation.
  • The longest distances are covered by plane, which helps save time.
  • The wide offer of various pools of hot springs in the best resort in Arenal, which are included in the package.
  • The beautiful hotel in Manuel Antonio, with direct access to two beaches.
